SpeechMax – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SpeechMax’s website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by:

By accessing or using SpeechMax, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

SpeechMax is a software platform designed to help users improve their speaking skills through AI-powered feedback, analysis, and training tools.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

To use SpeechMax, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code
• Use the platform to build competing products
• Exploit or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure

Violation may result in account termination.

All rights to SpeechMax, including software, branding, and content, are owned by Amplify Acquisitions Sp. z o.o.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or resell any part of the platform
• Use SpeechMax branding without written permission

SpeechMax provides AI-generated feedback and suggestions.

You acknowledge that:

• Feedback is for informational and educational purposes only
• Results are not guaranteed
• You are responsible for how you use the feedback

SpeechMax may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their privacy practices
• Any damages caused by their services

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of feedback
• Continuous availability
• Error-free performance

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeechMax shall NOT be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Any issues arising from use of AI feedback

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpeechMax and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• If you violate these Terms
• At our discretion

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SpeechMax means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally.

If unresolved:

• Disputes will be handled in Polish courts unless mandatory law states otherwise
